Woohoo! DS got an A on his school project: build a car. His rolled the furthest, and he gets a special award (candy) and his pic taken. :)

MIL is sick to her stomach, not keeping food down. No idea why yet. (She's on a liquid diet through a feeding tube.)

I wonder if the school is beginning to understand that DS can't HANDLE a large amount of homework?

Ds had a meltdown after they bombarded him with make-up homework, after being sick. Now they are offering to give him a few days to do it.

My son's teacher called to make sure I knew that even though he is sick, his work is still due upon his return. (No extensions.) Nice. :(

MIL is out of the hospital! Yay! (sort of). I'm thrilled she is improving, but worry that her care will not be as good. She looked great!

Ds is a bit better. No solid food yet, but holding down liquids now. Poor little guy.
