DS's favorite bird died this week. We went to get a new one, and ended up with two more. We now have three: Skyler, Shamrock and Frosty. :)

Oh great. Just what I need. Car trouble. Anyone got a winning lottery ticket lying around that they don't need? I'll give it a good home...

Due to the severe cold, schools are closed tomorrow, too.

The guys are making progress! I can see the stairs and the tires on the Jeep! And we can get to the garage, and open both doors! :)

Almost noon, and we've finally got a path to the garage (and the snowblower), LOL! It'll be rough getting through the drifts. A huge chore.

Local news states there are 12 foot snow drifts here. Road graters have been called in to dig out two stranded plows.

My company just announced they'll be closed tomorrow! Good, I hate driving in it. 12" drift in my driveway now and the worst is jet to come.

The storm is upon us. They let us out of work early to get home while it's still light. Schools are already closed for tomorrow. Blustery!
